Tour Overview

Day 1: Arrival in Marrakech
Touchdown in the Red City. Meet your private driver and transfer smoothly to your traditional riad to unpack, unwind, and settle into the local atmosphere.

Day 2: Historical Marrakech City Tour
A comprehensive guided exploration of the city's iconic landmarks. Wander through the serene, vibrant spaces of the Majorelle Gardens, view the historic Koutoubia minaret, and dive into the intricate geometric design and craftsmanship of Bahia Palace and the Ben Youssef Medersa.

Day 3: Through the Atlas to Ouarzazate
Cross the High Atlas Mountains via the panoramic Tizi N'Tichka Pass, the highest paved road in North Africa. Descend into Ouarzazate, Morocco's "African Hollywood," to tour the famous Atlas Film Studios where epics like Gladiator and Game of Thrones were brought to life.

Day 4: Gorges, Valleys, and the Desert's Edge
Travel through the lush oasis palm groves of Skoura and navigate the sheer, towering rock walls of the Todra Gorges. Continue East as the landscape transitions into the massive golden sand dunes of Erg Chebbi in Merzouga.

Day 5: Deep Sahara Cultural Immersion
Explore the desert periphery: see traditional canal irrigation in Hassi Labied, listen to spiritual Gnawa music in Khamlia village, and share tea with a local Nomad family. End the afternoon with a camel trek into the dunes for a Sahara sunset, followed by dinner and music around a campfire at a luxury desert camp.

Day 6: Draa Valley to Aït Benhaddou
Traverse the rugged Anti-Atlas Mountains, winding through the oases of the Draa Valley. Stop to discover the 16th-century Kasbah Tamnougalt in the village of Agdez before arriving at the fortified earthen clay village of Aït Benhaddou.

Day 7: The Grand Kasbah & Return to Marrakech
Explore the spectacular, UNESCO-protected fortress of Kasbah Aït Benhaddou, marveling at its classic earthen architecture and striking film sets. Afterward, make the return drive over the mountains to enjoy a relaxed, free afternoon of exploring or shopping back in Marrakech.

Day 8: Departure
Bid farewell to Morocco with a smooth private transfer to either Marrakech Menara International Airport or Casablanca Mohammed V International Airport for your flight home.
